What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Affirm and Crypto through Coinbase. At this time, we do not accept cash, checks or money order

Do you have payment instalments?

We’ve partnered with Klarna and Affirm to offer interest-free payment plans at no additional cost. Payment plans are only available for US customers at this time. T&Cs apply.

Can I cancel an order after it’s been placed?

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. If 24 hours have passed, you will need to set up a return after receiving the package. If you’ve paid for shipping, please be advised that we won’t be able to refund the shipping fee as the payme

I placed my order but haven't received my confirmation email

A product I just purchased is now marked at a lower price, can I get a price adjustment?

If the order was placed within 7 days of the price change, we’d be happy to issue store credits for any price difference.
