Need to return or exchange your order? All you need is either your order number or the email address associated with the order to get started.

Start a Return or Exchange

Return Policy

We offer 30-day hassle free exchanges and returns for items that are in brand new, original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the hang tags intact. All product returns must be shipped back in their original packaging and include all accessories (hangers, collar tips, spare buttons, etc.). Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase or can be received as store credit.


The returned product must be:

✅ with original hand-tags

✅ unaltered/unwashed 

✅ no smells or showing wear 

✅ original box, packing bag & hanger

USA Returns & Exchanges

If you are not totally satisfied with your order and the item is in unused condition with original product packaging still intact, then the item can be returned for free if you are located in the U.S. or exchanged within thirty (30) days of the item's ship date. If the returned item cannot be restocked due to appearing used, your request for a refund, exchange, or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.

Return shipping is free within the USA and we provide shipping labels.

Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund / store credit / exchange to be issued. 


International Returns & Exchanges

If you are outside of the U.S. and unsatisfied with your purchase, don't worry! We can help you return your item(s) for a refund, exchange, or store credit (excluding shipping costs) within thirty (30) days of the item's ship date, as long as the item is in unused condition and the original packaging is intact. Because we are not able to create international return labels, we kindly ask that you pay for the most economical method for return shipping.

To start an international return click the link here and follow the instructions that appear in the portal. Once complete, please mail your item(s) back to us using the most economical shipping method according to the return instructions outlined on your return details page. International customers must source their own return shipping label and are responsible for all return fees including customs/duties.

*Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.


Free items

If you are returning your order for a full refund, please include the free item/s when shipping the return or you will be charged.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not valid for return or exchange. 


Clearance Sale

Items purchased from the xSuit Clearance Sale, these items are Final Sale, sold as is, and are not valid for return, exchange, or refund.

If you received a defective item, we do cover Clearance Sale items under our 1-year warranty.


Due to the hygienic nature of masks, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened.


Restocking Fee

xSuit, at its discretion, reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% if packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components. In addition, xSuit reserves the right to not issue a refund at all if the return is missing components or accessories, or if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence.
