What is your return policy?Updated 9 months ago

We offer 30 day exchanges and returns for items that are in brand new, original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and packed in their original boxes with the hang tags intact. If your order arrives and you would like to return it, just send us an email at [email protected].

Return shipping is free within the US. International customers must source their own return shipping label and are responsible for all return fees including customs/duties. 

If you’ve paid for shipping, please be advised that we won’t be able to refund the shipping fee as the payment goes directly to our shipping partners. Please also note that all products purchased via limited-time sales events (Black Friday, clearance, etc.) are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Masks and Filters

Due to the hygienic nature of masks and filters, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the boxes have been opened. If there are any quality issues with your masks or filters, reach out to our support team and we will get a replacement sent out.
