If you are not 100% satisfied with your xSuit purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 45 days of delivery. We offer Free Returns/Exchanges within the contiguous US and will provide you with a digital Prepaid USPS label that will need to be printed.
If you’ve paid for shipping, please be advised that we won’t be able to refund the shipping fee as the payment goes directly to our shipping partners. Please also note that products marked 'Final Sale' are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Masks and Filters
Due to the hygienic nature of masks and filters, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the boxes have been opened. If there are any quality issues with your masks or filters, reach out to our support team and we will get a replacement sent out.
