When will I receive my refund/exchange order?Updated 5 months ago

Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected for its condition. Once approved, we will either ship an exchange, issue a refund to your original payment method, or in a form of store credit, depending on the option you selected. 

Please note that returns may take up to 7 business days to process after reaching our warehouse.
