How does the warranty process work?Updated 7 days ago

Submitting a Warranty Claim:

If you believe your product is defective, and outside our 45-day returns, please contact [[email protected]] to apply for a Warranty Claim.

If within the 45-day return period, you may apply for a Standard Return instead, and choose the option “It was damaged”.

You will be required to provide images of the defect, and a description of the issue.

Return Labels:

US Customers: We will provide a return label.

International Customers: We will email return instructions. If your claim is approved, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Inspection:

Upon receiving your item, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection.

Resolution:

If your claim is approved after inspection, we will:

  • Exchange the item, or
  • Issue store credit.
